Inside our PARTNER Community, we often refer to "the Trash Guys".

No, we don't have a weird affection for poopy diapers and pee-stained mattresses.

Rather, the Trash Guys are Ryan Sloper's private money financiers who personally fund every one of his (Sloper's) real estate transactions .. all the while spending time on their super yachts sipping cocktails.

• Sloper finds the deals.

• Sloper vets the numbers.

• Sloper oversees the rehabs.

• Sloper nets $50k-$100k+ profits like it's a simple bodily function.

And the Trash Guys provide Sloper with the purchase and rehab money required to help the process move like clockwork.

In other words, Sloper is taking advantage of OPM (Other People's Money).

OPM allows us to leverage the assets of other people (like the Trash Guys) to make our Time-Freedom & Financial-Freedom dreams actually possible.

Currently, my version of OPM is: 

• A local hard money lender .. shout out to Sarah Massey at Spring Garden Lending, 

• A past client with a HELOC she is leveraging to earn well above average returns on the funds she loans to me.

• A handful of credit cards

• A contractor who is willing to get paid after the work is completed and I sell my flip.

I'm a little bit jealous of Sloper's Trash Guys, only because that would sure make my process a helluva lot more streamlined. 

Although notice, I haven't let that stop me from making some awesome progress in the meantime.

But the real reason Partners think so highly of the Trash Guys has less to do with their ability to fund deals, and more to do with the iconic avatar they've become.

The Trash Guys are literal billionaires. (Yes, 'Billion' with a "B"!)

They made their fortune by building (and then selling) various trash services throughout the country.  

I'm not telling you to abandon everything you're doing to go start a waste disposal company today. (Although if you do, please start sending email updates and allow me to subscribe.)

I'm telling you about the Trash Guys because of who they have Become.

Today, the Trash Guys spend most of their days sailing around the world on their giant boats.  (I'm imagining the 'S.S. Dirty Dinghy'.)

And they continue to make passive income by allowing people like Sloper to do the hard work and grow their money for them.

So follow the progression with me,

Step 1: Become and grow as an Asset Control Specialist .. using real estate as a vehicle towards wealth. #MoneyFreedom

Step 2: Outsource as much of the process as possible .. earning back your most valuable time. #TimeFreedom

Step 3: Become the Trash Guys. (i.e. Accumulate so much wealth that you can become the Bank for other investors- and let them do all the hard work for you - while you sail the world on your yacht). #GenerationalFreedom

Pretty cool, right?

The Trash Guys are obviously at Step #3.

Sloper's at Step #2.

I’m about to “graudate'“ from Step #1 and moving to Step #2 as I’m currently working with a company to document the movement of leads thru my ACS Machine and will be hiring a VA from the Philippines to function as my Data Intake Specialist, giving me back at least 20 hours a week of my time.

But, I'm still goof within the process of Step #1 … doing more hammer swinging and hauling of trash with my physical body, than thinking like a Trash Guy who never goes in the vicinity of a rusty dumpster.

See, there's a massive difference in the mindset between the two.

Trash Collector Mindset = trading your time for just enough money to make your monthly nut.

Trash Guy Mindset = solving and getting paid for much bigger problems than transporting garbage from Point A (in the driveway) to Point B (in the truck).
