Lee nails the essence of my journey with the Asset Control Specialist (ACS) and PARTNER investing groups. The path to real estate investing is not just about properties and profits; it's fundamentally about the people you align with – those who not only share your vision but also challenge and elevate you.

When I first joined ACS, we may have appeared to be a ragtag group of 15 random investors strewn around the country.

Now, 150 PARTNERS strong, we are a group of investors committed to investing, flipping, and wholesaling real estate within 30 days.

We aren’t just a collective of investors; we are a powerhouse of action-takers and visionaries. Every day, we pushed boundaries, shared insights, and supported each other’s growth. It was a living testament to Peter Drucker's words, "Plans are only good intentions unless they immediately degenerate into hard work."

The essence of our success lay in our shared belief in action over intention. We understand that the real value in our journey is not just in the transactions we do, but in the relationships we build and the knowledge we share.

3. Action Over Intention: Real progress is measured in actions taken, not just plans made. A group that acts together achieves together. During our ACS call this afternoon:

a. Sloper told us about a “fire house” he’s finished renovating and expecting a 6-figure profit.

b. Kelly told us about a home she just purchased that involved 2 probate estate.

c. Michael told us about a property he’s going to acquire for $400,000, add 2 ADU’s to the rear of the property, convert the land into condos and sell the 3 units for $1.2M » Netting him about $400,00 in profits

d. etc, etc, etc. We share these types of deals on a daily basis. It’s like taking a 300 level graduate school class in real estate investing. There is nothing like it around.

4. Grow Beyond Business: True success is holistic. It encompasses not just financial gains but personal growth, mental fortitude, and meaningful relationships.
