Never Quit!

Have you ever stood at a crossroads, facing the easier path or the one that pushes your limits?

I recall completing my first Spartan Race, a challenge that tested not just my physical endurance but my mind’s resolve as well.

Upon reflection, that wasn't just a race; it was a metaphor for my journey thru this life and the relentless pursuit of growth.

After conquering - by the company’s own standards - the shortest and easiest Spartan Race, a fire was ignited to do more so I set my sights on something bigger – the Spartan Trifecta in 2022.

The Trifecta is earned by completing 3 races of increasing distance and difficulty:

• Sprint: 5K and 20-25 obstacles

• Super: 10K and 25-30 obstacles

• Beast: 21K and 30-35 obstacles

This commitment meant training harder and more consistently than ever before. It would prove to be a testament to the power of perseverance and the refusal to quit.

The habit of not quitting is like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it becomes. In real estate investing, this translates to persisting through market fluctuations, challenging negotiations, renovation delays and budgets going way over because of unforeseen plumbing and/or electric issues.

It's about constantly learning, adapting, and pushing boundaries. Just as I trained for the Spartan Race, one must train their mind to see opportunities in challenges, to stay optimistic and action-oriented, and most importantly …

NEVER QUIT!

The key is to integrate this Never Quit mindset into every aspect of life.
