In the spring of 2003 I decided I had had enough with the IT industry and dove head first into real estate. For years, I worked as an agent, guiding clients to find their ideal homes and working feverishly to help them avoid all the pitfalls and landmines just waiting to demolish their dreams. I was having a great time building a business based on referrals from friends and clients, but something was missing.

I wanted to leverage my expertise, my grit, and my drive to build something that would offer both personal and financial freedom. In 2020, after far too many years of sitting on the proverbial sidelines I decided to dive headfirst into real estate investing. Each deal has taught me valuable lessons about risk, reward, and the mindset needed to succeed in this industry.
