Having Different Tastes

In the pursuit of a fulfilling life and a thriving real estate investing business, it's essential for me to conquer the Lesser Self—a character I've dubbed "Little Nicky."

Little Nicky embodies the procrastination, indulgence, and distraction that holds me back from reaching my full potential. Feasting on junk food, doom-scrolling through social media, and avoiding critical tasks, Little Nicky drains the vitality from my life and business. 

However, the journey to success is not JUST about suppressing this Lesser Self but transforming it. This transformation is embodied in what I call my "Spartan Self."

Unlike Little Nicky, my Spartan Self embraces a lifestyle and work ethic that propels me toward my goals. By adopting a diet rich in whole, simple foods and engaging in a disciplined morning routine that includes waking up before dawn, reading, meditating, cold plunging, and exercising, I ensure that my day starts with momentum toward productivity and well-being.

My Spartan Self diligently follows a proven process in my real estate investing business, consistently mining for opportunities and cultivating a network of valuable relationships. This disciplined approach consistently unearths repeated nuggets of gold.

The daily battle against Little Nicky is won through the habits and mindset of my Spartan Self. It's a reminder that our greatest achievements come from within, from the steadfast commitment to growth and excellence. This journey is about more than just personal development; it's about building a life and a business that are both successful and fulfilling.
