People Keep Asking If I'm Back ...

... I'm Thinking I'm Back

Hey Team - 

I didn't want to believe it, but it's been over 7 months since we've chatted.

On the Business front:

- I closed on the sale of Chorley Woods in June .. the condo that I purchased in March.

- I closed on the sale of George St .. the duplex I purchased all the way back in January.

- I purchased a condo in Ocean City that I thought would be a quick fix/flip payday.

- I'm about to put sign purchase contracts for 2 properties: one in Frederick and one in Glen Burnie.

 In the world of my Spartan races:

- I completed back to back 10k and 5k races on the same day in cold (like 40 degree cold), wet, muddy (waist deep) Big Fork, Montana in May 

- I completed back to back to back 21k(Sat), 10k(Sun AM), 5k (Sun PM) races in West Virginia in the same weekend in August.

So many things I've experienced and learned over these 7 months that I plan on distilling over the next several weeks with  you.

For now, I just wanted to say that I'm back and looking forward to continuing our chat over the coming days/weeks/months.
