Twice the Joy .. Half the Pain
For far too many people, starting out in real estate investing feels like staring at a 10-foot wall you’re supposed to climb with no ladder in sight. There are so many moving parts—finding the right deal, analyzing the numbers, obtaining the financing —and let’s not even talk about the surprises that always seem to pop up. It’s no wonder so many agents and new investors hesitate at the starting line.
Been there .. done that.
I’ve struggled with analysis paralysis, second-guessed myself, always wanting everything to be just perfect before pulling the trigger on that first investment opportunity.
But here’s what changed everything: first joining .. and more importantly LEANING into a community.
When I joined my first investing group, I realized I didn’t have to figure everything out alone. Suddenly, I had access to the cumulative knowledge of people who’d been there, done that, and learned from their own mistakes.
The power of collective wisdom took my progress to a whole new level.
That’s the beauty of a supportive community. Struggles feel lighter because someone’s always there with a solution, an encouraging word, or a shared story of when they faced the same problem. And when you hit your goals, the joy of celebrating isn’t just yours—it belongs to the group too.
Wins feel bigger when you’ve got people cheering you on.
This is exactly why I’m so passionate about Agent Investor Guild, the investing community we’re building through Meetup and Facebook. It’s more than a space to talk deals or strategies—it’s a place where people show up for each other, whether it’s to troubleshoot a tough situation or to high-five someone’s latest success.
This group is where knowledge meets encouragement, where obstacles turn into opportunities, and where victories ripple out to inspire everyone. Real Estate Investing is a team sport, and the more you engage, the more you’ll see just how much potential you have.
If you want to start, but haven't .. or if you’re tired of going it alone .. or if you’ve started and wondering where to turn next, come join us.
Get plugged in, ask questions, share your wins, and let’s do this together.
🏠 🚀 Deal Update: This morning I posted about the property at 55xx San Juan I visited yesterday. The seller is intrigued with my guaranteed purchase price option after I explained it in more detail yesterday. I'm looking for additional feedback from the group on a realistic market value for the property before I present my guaranteed price.

The wall might still be 10 feet high, but with this group behind you, it won’t feel that way for long.
