pasar 10 días en Cabo San Lucas.

Hey! What's happening? It's been a minute since I updated my journey. And that's because I just spent over a week in Cabo San Lucas. The first 6 days Paula and I ate, drank, napped, sunned, snorkeled pretty much on a daily basis. It was perfectly relaxed and rejuvenating at the same time.

And then my Partners came into town for our semi-annual 2 Day Live Event.

When we get together, it's not all work and no play.

This particular Live Event provided a lot of "firsts" for me.

First time on a surf board.

First time eating ceviche (perhaps best ever) under the overpass next to the parking lot of the surfing beach.

First time a scorpion crawled out of my pillow case.

First time listening to a Partner close a deal less than 1 hour after it was received .. and found a buyer (another Partner) within minutes. Partner A is wholesaling the deal to Partner B for about $40,000 and Partner B is going to build a DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) on the property, then convert the property into a condo and sell off the DADU for about a $200,000 profit while keeping the original home as a rental property.

So .. a $150 lead turned into a $40,000 payday for Grant in 30 days and $200,000 payday for Michael in about 12 months.

Just a couple of the hashtags we throw around in Partner .. things we hear from realtors and investors who tell us that our ACS Machine process can't possibly work as we describe it.

By the way, Grant lives in Colorado .. the lead he purchased is in Portland, where Michael lives and works.

The idea of purchasing leads nationwide and wholesaling deals virtually is not a relatively new idea, but without a nationwide network of investors, it's virtually impossible. Sloper and Fletcher, the spearheads of our group saw this as a leading constraint and have spent the last 3-4 months solving that specific disposition problem.

When I started just 3 years ago, I thought I could only do deals that were in my city or county. Since then I've flipped a condo in Ocean City (180 miles from home) and am consistently evaluating deals all over Maryland.

With this new upgraded system, I'm now able to source leads any and everywhere, plug them into my ACS Machine for disposition and sit back and wait to get paid like Grant did.

This is going to be fun!
