That's how it all started. I was sick and tired of the life I was living, with all the wrong dialogue playing on repeat in my head.
In early 2021 I committed to leave the life of "just being a realtor" behind and become a real estate investor .. and to document the journey from brand new real estate investor to having consistent $20,000+ months!

It’s no wonder so many agents and new investors hesitate at the starting line. Been there .. done that.
Last week was full of momentum, lessons, and a bit of sweat equity. Last week’s GRID meeting hit differently. We dug into the importance of not just finding deals but creating opportunities, and it’s been fueling my approach since. The conversations there reminded me of the power of relationships, systems, and showing up with the right energy every single day. There’s something special about being in a room where everyone is driven to level up.
Every day, we face choices that either move us closer to—or further from—freedom. Let's be real - whether you are an agent, a lender, an investor, a plumber, a landscaper, or a kid on the sidewalk selling lemonade - there is one essential truth to a successful business ... No Leads = No Business.
No matter the business you are running .. it's success is based on two simple steps: 1. Obtaining Leads 2. Closing Leads How the leads are obtained and then closed is where things start to go sideways. I've mentioned on more than one occasion that I decided early in my investing business that I was simply going to have someone else generate the lead and then sell the lead to me .. it's called Pay-Per-Lead and quite possibly the easiest way to get started.
